1 St Johns, Warwick<\/strong><\/h3>

1. Booking & Payment<\/h2>

All bookings made via our website are processed securely through Lodgify. Full payment or a deposit (as specified at the time of booking) is required to confirm your reservation.<\/p>

2. Check-In & Check-Out<\/h2>

Check-in and check-out times will be confirmed in your booking confirmation email. Guests must vacate the property by the stated check-out time unless otherwise agreed.<\/p>

3. Occupancy<\/h2>

The property must not exceed the maximum number of guests stated in the booking. Unauthorised additional guests are not permitted.<\/p>

4. No Parties or Events<\/h2>

Parties, gatherings or events are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to terminate a stay immediately if this condition is breached.<\/p>

5. Damage & Responsibility<\/h2>

Guests are responsible for the property during their stay and will be invoiced for the cost of repairing or replacing any damage caused, whether accidental or otherwise.<\/p>

6. Pets<\/h2>

Pets are only permitted if agreed in advance. Guests remain fully responsible for any damage or additional cleaning required due to pets.<\/p>

7. Smoking<\/h2>

Smoking is not permitted inside the property. Evidence of smoking indoors may result in additional cleaning charges.<\/p>

8. Cancellations<\/h2>

Cancellation terms are outlined at the time of booking and vary depending on the selected rate. Please refer to your booking confirmation for full details.<\/p>

9. Liability<\/h2>

We are not liable for:<\/p>

  • Loss or damage to personal belongings<\/p><\/li>
