Warwick Castle, St Nicholas Park and the River Avon are all nearby, making it easy to explore on foot. The property is also conveniently located for access to the M40 (Junction 15) and Warwick Train Station, with direct links to London and Birmingham.

Private parking is available at the rear of the property on Priory Road for added convenience.
